The new 2024 Husqvarna TE 300 Pro takes the standard TE 300, which received a complete makeover this year, and adds upgrades for improved durability and performance. Let’s check out what’s professional-grade about the new Pro edition from Husqvarna.
- The brakes get upgraded from top to bottom. Galfer wave discs are used. The rear disc is solid to prevent excessive pad wear in muddy conditions, and the front disc is a lightweight floating design. Disc protectors are deployed at both ends—CNC-machined aluminum in the rear and plastic/carbon-fiber in the front. The front disc protector’s design facilitates fast wheel changes. The hydraulic system is fully Brembo and sourced from the Husqvarna Factory Racing department.
- The wheels on the 2024 Husqvarna TE 300 Pro are another Husqvarna Factory Racing part. They use Excel Takasago rims and CNC-machined aluminum hubs for increased strength.
- The rear hub has a Supersprox Stealth sprocket bolted on. It’s a hybrid design, with a lightweight aluminum inner ring and rugged steel-toothed outer ring.
- An injection-molded polyamide skidplate protects the engine cases and shock linkage.
- ODI grips are on the ProTaper aluminum handlebar. The TE 300 Pro gets soft compound grips to reduce rider fatigue.
- The seat cover is ribbed for improved grip. The seat is also tear-resistant.
- The Pro has the same motor and chassis as the standard model. That means a 294cc two-stroke motor fed by a 39mm Keihin throttle body with two injectors managed by a Vitesco Technologies EMS. The suspension is handled by Xact units—the fork is a closed cartridge unit, and the shock gets help from linkage. The chromoly frame has an aluminum subframe bolstered by polyamide. Note that the studio photos are of the Euro version, which runs Michelin instead of Dunlop rubber.
- We don’t have a 2024 Husqvarna TE 300 Pro release date. The price has also not been set yet.
