Lucknow based SIL had a stall to showcase their electric range of Vikram 3 wheelers. The stall looked like a typical Govt office with no one bothered and folks manning the stall were there just because they had been asked to be there! It’s when you see stalls like these and professionally managed stalls, does one get insights into why things are the way they are in some govt owned institutions.
