Wings were skinned with 3/32 balsa and glass clothed

Cowling supplied by Richard Rawle
Canopy from 1mm sheet aluminium
Pilot supplied by iFlytaillies
Finished as MKIIb North Africa scheme. RAF 73 Sqn BD930 flown Roland Beaumont.

Powered by : Electric. Turnigy 100cc 4 x 6s lipo 6200Mah. Wired to make 1 x 12s battery. With a hurricane you need a lot of nose weight so why not put extra batteries in?
Prop 26×10 Falcon Carbon.
Gives approx. 10 mins of flying time. With approx. 30% power left.
This set up produces 9.6Wh, pulls 125Mah @7400 rpm
Motor is energized remotely via switch on Tx via Emcotec SPS (Safety Power Switch, which also doubles as a spark protector). Supplied by Nexus Models
Servos are powered by 2x 2600mah self balancing LifePO4 Batteries. Each flight use apporx 190 Mah from each battery
Battery backer/ batteries and key fob for remote on/off hidden switch operation supplied by Advanced Radio. (BOOMARC.COM)
This setup enables safe connection of the motor batteries without the risk of any start up, or sparking across the connectors.

8 x Futaba S3050 servos- (4x Flaps, 2x Ail and 2 x Rudder/Tail wheel)
2 x Futaba S3071 servos (Fitted into tail plane with direct drive to each half of elevator)
Retracts: Electric supplied by Mick Reeves. Operated by 3s lipo.
Nav Lights and Landing Lights both operated by separate 3s lipo
