Theraguns are some of the most popular massage guns, but they’re also the most expensive. If you’ve been coveting one, Theragun’s early Black Friday deals mean most of the Therabody catalog is discounted right now as a part of its early Black Friday deals promotion. It doesn’t bring them down to pennies, but it does knock about $100 off most of them. Some of the brand’s other self-care and recovery devices, like the luxurious TheraFace Pro, are also on sale. The cheapest of the company’s three new massagers is also discounted, but the others are not a part of this sale as of yet. Still, all the other devices here are only a year or so old, so they’re more than capable if you don’t really want some of those new features, like heat or breath work. Read our Best Massage Guns guide for more.
We test products year-round and handpick these deals. Products that are sold out or no longer discounted as of publishing will be crossed out. We’ll update this guide through November.

Massage Gun and Muscle Recovery Deals
Even on sale, the Theragun Pro is expensive. For that reason, it’s best suited for people constantly pushing their muscles to their limits. It has six attachments, and the 4th- and 5th-gen Theragun Pro models have a rotating arm that, along with the ergonomic triangular handle, makes it easy to reach awkward places. (The latest generation loses the movable arm but has other features like heat therapy (the cold therapy head is extra), a vibration-only attachment for super-sensitive spots, and a nicer carrying case.
The Relief was just released in October and it’s the brand’s cheapest massager sold exclusively through Target and Best Buy. It’s doesn’t feel as high-end as the others and it loses a carrying case and features like a screen—but if you want to follow along with a routine, you can just use the app. Its three attachments do their jobs and it still has the easy-to-hold triangular handle.
The Elite is super quiet and comes with five attachments. It has the same OLED screen as the Pro for controls or for following massage routines. It’s a great device, but I’d consider waiting to see if it drops more or consider the newer Theragun Sense instead, as it’s only $10 more than this price. The Sense is nearly silent with an LCD screen for routine walk-throughs, and there’s the added bonus of breath-work routines and a heart rate sensor. It gets one less attachment, though.
We didn’t test the Theragun Prime, but based on all the others we have tried, we’re confident it’s as solid as its siblings. This sale price is also pretty great for a Theragun. It comes with four attachments and has the same triangular handle for easy use.
Therabody’s teeniest massager is a perfectly fine, powerful device but we recommend it only if you absolutely need the smallest thing possible to put in your bag. We tried the first-generation Mini, not this one, but they’re the same size and shape. It might be awkward to use on your own back, especially if you’re already sore. If the price is what you’re after, the newer Relief is $150.
Foam rolling helps to stretch and loosen tight muscles. You can get a standard foam roller for around $20, but Therabody’s three versions incorporate percussive vibrations too. The Wave Duo, which we tested, and Solo for $59 ($20 off) are for portability and targeted treatment, and the Roller, which is discounted to $99 ($55 off), is closer in design to a traditional foam roller and works great for your back or other larger areas.
Self-Care Device Deals
I absolutely love Therabody’s SmartGoggles (9/10, WIRED Recommends). Using vibration, massage, and heat, it relaxes your eyes and temples whether you’re stressed, have a headache, or just trying to wind down for sleep. But it also forces me to disconnect and relax my brain. I’ve been testing a similar eye massage from Gravity that’s $99. It’s a solid dupe at a nicer price, but Therabody has some pros, like a more luxe design, and the material that touches your face is a softer faux leather. There’s also app support for fine-tuning the heat and vibration levels. This matches the price we saw during the last Prime Day.
Therabody might be best known for its muscle massagers, but it has dipped into the world of luxury skincare too. The TheraFace Pro is a pricey device that cleanses and gently massages your skin, with attachments for LED light therapy—red for wrinkles and blue for acne—and microcurrent for firming the skin. It’s pricey for what it is, but this matches the sale we saw during Prime Day.
