Dear Volcon Customers, Dealers, Suppliers, and Investors,

It’s been a little over three weeks since I took the role of CEO for Volcon Inc. I’d like to spend a moment to give you an update on the Company as we’ve made some significant achievements.

First, we’ve successfully launched production of the Volcon Stag, which is the fastest production electric UTV on the market. We’re currently ramping up manufacturing. Also, I’m excited to announce that today we’ve delivered our first production vehicle to the US Army Corps of Engineers, where it will be evaluated for military and humanitarian aid purposes. This first vehicle is part of a larger order of units that will be delivered to them over the coming months for further testing.

Overall, we’ve achieved a major milestone by starting delivery. In the coming months, we will continue to ramp up Stag production and sales, while continuing to deliver our line of electric motorcycles to customers in the US and abroad.

Second, we’ve started our dealer roadshow for the Stag. Our sales team members began visiting dealerships in Texas this week to demo and give test rides to customers. We plan a further roll-out of this roadshow over the coming months to visit all of our dealers. Furthermore, we’ve restructured our marketing efforts to focus on converting existing reservations into confirmed sales.

On the two-wheeled side of our business, our Grunt EVO motorcycles are in full production. We are currently delivering motorcycles to dealers all around the US and also shipping them to our international distributors.

Volcon Inc. - John Kim CEO - THE PACK - Electric Motorcycle News

I’d like to congratulate the hard work of the team at Volcon and to also thank all of our customers, dealers, suppliers and investors that have given us support throughout the years. Thank you for helping us and I hope you will continue to be a part of our growing community.

Best regards,
John Kim

He has been an independent director on the board since July 2021 and brings a wealth of experience as a serial entrepreneur and product designer. From 2015 to 2019, he was the CEO and founder of Super73 Inc, a top electric bicycle company. In 2003, Mr. Kim established U-Life, an internet-enabled home appliance company in South Korea that was later acquired by LG in 2006. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, he worked as a principal designer at Yahoo Search, a car designer for Honda, and served as a paratrooper in the US Army. In 2001, Mr. Kim earned his MA Design degree from Stanford University.

About Volcon

Volcon, headquartered in the Austin, Texas region, was established as the leading all-electric power sports brand with a focus on creating durable and eco-friendly electric vehicles for outdoor enthusiasts. These electric vehicles from Volcon represent the future of off-roading, not just because of their positive impact on the environment, but also due to their nearly-silent operation which enhances the overall outdoor experience.

Volcon’s plan for their vehicles includes motorcycles and UTVs. Their first release, called the Grunt, was delivered to customers in late 2021. This model boasts a unique design with thick tires, powerful electric motor, and a nearly noiseless transmission.

In October of 2023, customers could start receiving the Volcon Grunt EVO, an upgraded version of the initial Grunt model. The new model boasts features such as a belt drive and improved suspension and seat for a smoother ride. Furthermore, Volcon is also entering the eBike market with their newest model, the Brat. This versatile bike is suitable for both on-road and off-road use and can now be found at dealerships across North America.

In July of 2022, Volcon unveiled their newest product, the Stag, as they entered into the rapidly growing UTV market. The Stag offers a unique and exciting way for drivers to explore the great outdoors that traditional gas-powered UTVs cannot provide. With all the same exhilarating performance of a standard UTV, but without the noise or pollution, the Stag allows drivers to fully experience their surroundings with all their senses.
