The Six Days edition of the KTM 500 EXC-F dual-sport motorcycle is back for 2025, and it is very orange. So, let’s go over the updates on the 2025 KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days, and what makes this model different from the standard dual-sport version.
KTM has updated the front mount for the 2.2-gallon fuel tank. According to KTM insiders, the new mount holds the tank more securely, which prevents rubbing on the orange-powdercoated frame.
The swingarm on the 2025 KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days gets some new machining. This change is intended to reduce wear on the slider for the 520 X-ring chain.
Now, let’s get into the differentiators from the standard model.
- The triple clamps are CNC-machined and anodized orange.
- A front axle-puller is standard, and orange.
- The front disc is semi-floating.
- The rear disc is solid, and the brake pedal is safety-wired.
- The back sprocket is a Supersprox Stealth model in orange
- There are more protective parts, including a larger skidplate.
- The seat is model-specific and anti-skid
- There are several Six Days branded parts.
- The graphics are inspired by Spain, the home of the 2025 International Six Days Enduro—España and a red bull on the radiator guard, and “VAMOS” on the side panels. Although written as “6Days” on the bike graphics, the model is officially called “Six Days” by KTM.
We don’t have a price for the 2025 KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days yet. However, it will be on KTM dealers’ showroom floors in August. The 2025 International Six Days Enduro runs from October 14 to 19 in Silleda, which is in the northwest corner of Spain.
