MV Agusta takes the superports class to an entirely different level with the €34,000 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione. This limited edition motorcycle—300 numbered examples will be produced—takes MV’s standard F3 and upgrades it to full competition spec, as we’ll explain.

2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione First Look: For Sale

  1. The Racing Kit helps boost peak output by 13 horsepower. If you’re off to the track and not concerned about street legality, the 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione motor will put out 160 horsepower. This is accomplished via the racing kit’s titanium Akrapovič exhaust system and a track-specific ECU mapping. The peak comes at 13,250 rpm, 250 rpm higher than the standard F3 motor. The redline is 13,500 rpm on the Competizione.

2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione First Look: Specs

  1. A new nine-disc clutch works with the quickshifter-assisted cassette-style six-speed transmission. The slipper function is carried over from the standard F3, and assist is added to the package, reducing clutch lever pull by up to 50 percent.

2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione First Look: Racing Kit

  1. There are several other goodies in the Racing Kit. You can feast your eyes on the carbon fiber muffler cover, CNC-machined fuel cap, and fiberglass passenger seat cowling. Owners will keep the 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione under a model-specific cover.

2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione First Look: Ohlins suspension

  1. Öhlins takes over the suspension duties from Marzocchi and Sachs. A 43mm NIX30 fork with TiN-coating is matched with a TTX 36 shock. Both are fully adjustable, with the shock featuring progressive damping—there’s no linkage on the single-sided aluminum swingarm. There’s also a 19-level-adjustable Öhlins Road & Track steering damper up front.

2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione First Look: Carbon fiber wheels

  1. The wheels are carbon fiber. Specially designed for the 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione, the wheels cut 6.6 pounds of unsprung weight. Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires are spooned onto the wheels.
  1. More carbon fiber can be found in the wings and fairing sides.

2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione First Look: Brembo Brakes

  1. Brembo Stylema calipers take care of the front braking. They work on 320mm discs.
  1. A lithium-ion battery drops the weight of the Competizione by another 6.6 pounds.

  1. According to our sources inside the factory, the 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione weighs nearly 40 pounds less than the RR we tested two years ago.
  1. Aesthetic details are enhanced. You’ll find gold finishes throughout the Competizione, and the seat cover is Alcantara. There’s one colorway: Satin Metallic Carbon Black/Satin Intense Silver.

  1. We don’t have a US price for the 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione. Fill out a form on the MV Agusta website and someone will contact you. Let us know if you don’t hear from anyone.
