Although it’s still unavailable in the United States, that doesn’t stop us from longing for the 2025 Honda NT1100. It’s a pure-street sport-tourer with roots in the Africa Twin adventure bike. While the latest edition isn’t all new—the original debuted in 2022—there are enough changes for a closer look. We will be surprised if American Honda never gives it a shot over here, as Honda claims it to be “Europe’s best-selling tourer.”

2025 Honda NT1100 First Look: sport-touring motorcycle

  1. The 1084cc parallel-twin powerplant has been retuned for more torque where it counts. We know this motor from the Africa Twin and Rebel 1100 lineups, and we like it. For 2025, Honda has altered the intake, combustion, and exhaust systems for a seven percent increase in torque up to the midrange, with no reduction in peak power. Euro 5+ compliance comes via a new O2 sensor and misfire-sensing crank pulsar.

  1. A new six-axis IMU improves the performance of the electronics suite. The 2025 Honda NT1100 has three levels of traction control, cornering-aware ABS, wheelie control, and rear wheel lift mitigation. It also better informs the three preset ride modes—Tour, Urban, and Rain—plus the rider-customizable User mode.

2025 Honda NT1100 First Look: Colors

  1. The IMU also specifically upgrades the DCT version of the NT1100. According to Honda, this means improved shifting in corners, better feel at slow speeds, and smoother shifting between all gears.

  1. Honda now offers Showa Electronically Equipped Ride Adjustment as an option for the 2025 NT1100 DCT. Showa-EERA suspension, as its friends call it, is semi-active suspension.

2025 Honda NT1100 First Look: Specs

  1. The new fairing has sharper angles, and Honda claims it to be more aerodynamic. The dual headlights are new, as are the DRLs. Turn signals are integrated into the fairing for a cleaner look.

2025 Honda NT1100 First Look: Prices

  1. There are three vibrantly named new colors to choose from: Pearl Hawkseye Blue, Mat Warm Ash Metallic, and Gunmetal Black Metallic. Prices range from £12,679 for the stand 2025 Honda NT1100 to £14,099 for the NT1100 DCT Electronic Suspension flagship sport-tourer. We can’t wait to see those prices in USD.
