Fifty years after Evel Knievel’s ill-fated Snake River Canyon “jump” in his Skycycle X-2, Triumph has launched a tribute to the enduringly legendary motorcyclist. Knievel famously rode (and crashed) a Triumph Bonneville T120 TT for his also ill-fated jump over the Ceasars Palace fountains in 1967. The 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 R and GT Evel Knievel Limited Editions take the standard Storm editions and pump up the glitz and glamor of the Rocket 3 to new levels.
The 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 Evel Knievel Limited Editions feature a chrome fuel tank with the stars-and-stripes graphics the Knievel made famous via the leather jumpsuit he wore when he, quite literally, jumped. The bodywork gets matching paint for a cohesive visual presence.
Evel Knievel’s signature is sprinkled throughout the 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 Evel Knievel Limited Editions:
- The leather seat is emblazoned with an Evel Knievel signature reproduction that is gold-embroidered.
- The black and gold cam cover plate gets another signature reproduction, this one courtesy of laser etching. The cam plate also will carry the production number of the bike, which is limited to 250 examples of each of the two modes.
- The front fender displayed the Evel Knievel signature, along with an American-flag-inspired EK initial.
- When the 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 Evel Knievel Limited Edition is delivered to the buyer, it will be accompanied by a hardback book about Knievel that was produced exclusively for these motorcycles. The book is also numbered, with the number matching the plaque on the Rocket 3.
- Finally, starting up the 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 Evel Knievel Limited Edition reveals a start-up screen animation, replicating the front fender initial/signature graphic.

You will pay $2500 over the Rocket 3 Storm R and Storm GT prices if you want the Evel Knievel Limited Edition. The 2025 Rocket 3 R Evel Knievel Limited Edition has a list price of $27,495, with the GT adding another $800 to the price tag. The Evel Knievel Rocket 3s will touch down on dealership floors in March 2025.
