The evolution of the Moto Guzzi V7 continues with the return of the Sport with a wide range of improvements. The motor and the chassis enjoy updates on the 2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport, and everything that made the V7 iconic and distinctive returns. Let’s see why this V7 earns the Sport designation.2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport First Look: Colors

  1. The air-cooled transverse 90-degree V-twin with pushrod-actuated two-valve heads and a longitudinal crankshaft returns with a boost. Moto Guzzi engineers found a couple more horses and boosted the torque output at a lower rpm. The shaft-drive Sport dished out 67 horsepower at 6900 rpm, and the 58-ft-lb torque peak is created at just 4400 rpm. All of this happens while meeting Euro 5+ standards. Updates included a higher valve life, a larger airbox, improved piston oil-cooling, and a third lambda sensor for the new exhaust system.

  1. Technology is creeping into the 2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport. The motor is ride-by-wire with Road and Rain modes, plus a model-specific Sport mode. A six-axis IMU provides the info needed for the Sport’s Cornering ABS and adjustable cornering-aware traction control. Cruise control is standard, as is the new switchgear cluster.2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport First Look: Brembo Brakes
  1. With more power on offer, the Sport gets a more aggressive front end. The inverted 41mm fork is new to the V7 lineup and provides spring-preload adjustment. Further, the Sport gets an additional disc brake. The front wheel has two 320mm discs grasped by radially mounted Brembo four-piston monoblock calipers. The master cylinder is also new and more aggressive.

2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport First Look: Retro motorcycle

  1. The rear of the 2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport falls in line with the V7 Stone and V7 Sport. A pair of spring-preload adjustable shocks and a 260mm disc are on the back wheel.

2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport First Look: Specs

  1. The V7 Sport has its own wheels. The Sport’s aluminum wheels are almost four pounds lighter than the V7 Stone’s. Michelin Road Classic tires are spooned onto the 18-/17-inch wheelset.

  1. Sporting styling accents are part of the V7 Sport package. Check out the bobbed rear fender, bar-end mirrors, side panels with aluminum inserts, red-stitched sport seat, and top handlebar clamp.

  1. We don’t have a price or arrival date, but we can tell you the colors of the 2025 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport. You can have Verde Legnano, sourced from the original V7, and Grigio Lario. If you don’t speak Italian, that’s Green and Gray.
