Supercross beckons, and we have two more special edition motocrossers to get us in the mood for the upcoming season. The 2025 GasGas Factory Editions—the 450F and 250F—cover the two classes you will see at every round of the 2025 Monster Energy Supercross Championship Series. With that in mind, let’s find out what earns the 2025 GasGas MC 450F Factory Edition and MC 250F Factory Edition their designations, as they share all but one feature.
- The triple clamps feature two offset positions for the WP fork. The clamps are CNC-machined. The fork gets a WP Factory start device to enhance holeshot capabilities.
- To keep the noise down and power up, the 2025 GasGas Factory Editions get an FMF Factory 4.1 RCT muffler. The main muffler body is blue-anodized titanium, while the endcap is carbon fiber. FMF claims the Factory 4.1 muffler puts out more power while saving weight.
- Switchgear gives the rider access to two engine mapping choices and more. The buttons also turn on and off traction control, the quickshifter, and launch control.
- The GasGas Connectivity Unit Offroad and GPS sensor allow for customization and data acquisition. Riders can tune the motor with the GasGas+ smartphone app and keep track of their performance during every practice lap.
- Power from the four-stroke engines is sent to the rear wheel via a gold chain and accepted by a black rear sprocket.
- Dunlop Geomax MX34 tires are mounted on the Factory Racing wheelsets by Excel. The rims, spokes, nipples, and hubs are black on the 2025 GasGas Factory Editions.
- The black ProTaper aluminum handlebar has a bend that accentuates comfort. Handlebar accessories include soft ODI grips in gray and a ProTaper bar pad.
- Hydraulics are by Brembo. The clutch and brake systems are Brembo assemblies. The front disc is semi-floating and gets a Factory Racing disc guard.
- A Factory Skid Plate protects the engine cases.
- The Guts Factory seat cover features extensive ribbing.
- Reflecting new sponsorship, the 2025 GasGas Factory Editions have new Rockstar Energy x GasGas Factory Racing Team graphics.
- The 2025 GasGas MC 450F Factory Edition gets something special—#51 decals for the number plates. Justin Barcia fans can rejoice in this celebration of Bam Bam. The #51 is displayed proudly in the photos on white numberplates, while the MC 250F’s black numberplates distinguish it.
- The 2025 GasGas Factory Editions will be available early next year. The MC 450F Factory Edition has a $12,549 price tag, with the MC 250F Factory Edition tapping your wallet for $11,499.
