The 2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 reinterprets the original XDiavel 1260’s concepts with a more muscular, sophisticated, and high-performance design. This year’s updates are technical and aesthetic, making this a substantial step forward in the XDiavel story.2025 Ducati XDiavel V4: Price

  1. The new 5.3-gallon fuel tank is the standou Its organic shape gives the 2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 a much sleeker look. As displayed in the photos, the glossy paint creates impressionistic reflections. Buyers have a choice of Black Lava or Burning Red.

  1. The right-side bodywork works in concert with the new tank. The look is contemporary and aggressive. The radiator and chin guards match up nicely with a diamond-shaped side cover and additional plastic below the tank. The tail section is immaculate, and the new headlight has a distinctive double-C lighting face. The five-spoke, star-style rims are intended to evoke American muscle cars. Ducati is cagey about the left side of the bike, so we’ll have to wait and see how the entire package presents.

  1. The 2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 has new ergonomics. The height of the new thicker and wider rider’s seat is 30.3 inches, and the handlebar is set back and lowered compared to the XDiavel 1260. The stock footpeg position is slightly forward, though still suitable for sport riding. However, if you want a more standard position for the footpegs, Ducati offers a kit that moves the pegs back.
  1. A few things are up at the rear, including the size of the passenger seat and the rear-wheel travel. Ducati gives the XDiavel V4 an additional inch of travel for 2025. The pillion gets a 30 percent increase in width, is 50 percent longer, and has an extra inch of foam. If you prefer a solo seat, Ducati offers one as an option. The single-sided cast-aluminum swingarm is back, along with the massive 240 rear slab of rubber embossed with Pirelli Diablo Rosso III.

  1. The 2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 is powered by a 1158cc V4 Granturismo engine. That means 168 horsepower at a stratospheric 10,750 rpm. A peak of 93 ft-lbs of torque is delivered at 7500 rpm. The four-outlet muffler reminds passersby that a V4 is at work.
  1. The motor and chassis are monitored by a sophisticated electronic package. The 2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 has a six-axis IMU that informs three power modes and four riding modes— Sport, Touring, Urban, and Wet—that manage power delivery, traction control, wheel control, and lean-sensitive ABS. Cruise control, launch control, and a Panigale V40-inspired quickshifter for the six-speed transmission are standard. The new dash is a widescreen seven-inch TFT with Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone integration and optional navigation.

  1. The Brembo braking system is serious about deceleration. That’s a pair of 330mm discs on the front wheel with Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers doing the grasping. To hold flex at bay during hard braking, the fork is an inverted 50mm unit.
  1. The base list price for the 2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 is $28,995. You’ll have a bit of time to save your lunch money, as the bike won’t hit showroom floors until this summer.
