Chase Sexton won the Battle of Rice-Eccles Stadium, but Cooper Webb won the 2025 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship Series war. Sexton took the win he needed to have a shot at the title, and Webb nailed down the P4 he needed to win his third 450SX crown. Webb finished the season with 365 points—two more than Sexton.

In the battle for third, Malcolm Stewart took P2 in the final round, but it wasn’t enough to wrestle P3 in the standings away from Justin Cooper. Cooper’s 281-point total in the series beat Stewart by four points. Stewart had to work hard in Salt Lake City, moving from P7 on the opening lap to P2 on lap 19 of 27, where he finished one position ahead of Cooper. Both riders passed the injured Ken Roczen in the standings at the final round. Roczen’s 271 points were good enough for P5 in the standings, 16 points clear of Aaron Plessinger, who was P6 at Salt Lake City.
There was a three-way battle for P7 in the 450SX final standings, with Dylan Ferrandis winning a tiebreaker over Justin Hill. Both riders stood at 194 points after Ferrandis finished in P10 and Hill in P8. Shane McElrath was on track for P7 in the standing, as he ran in P4 until washing out the front end on lap 14, as Stewart pressured him. McElrath dropped to P9, leaving him two points behind Ferrandis and Hill in the standings and P9 overall. Justin Barcia, who missed the last three rounds with injuries, rounded out the top 10.
