Does the bike need to assemble our ourselves?
The bike is 95% pre-assembled. No need too much trouble to install. Open the box and take out the prats. Install the handlebar and ready to go. Also we have assemble support service to have your back.
Do I have repair service?
All bikes has 1-year repair service, including motor, front fork handle bar, charger, controller, battery and display. Rattan ebike provider 30 day return policy.
