Honda has made electric-bike versions of three of its iconic scooters: the Zoomer, the Dax, and the Cub. For this video, we’re reviewing on of those cute and quirky little two-wheelers. Meet the Honda Dax e:, now available in the Philippines via Popcycle Ebike Center.
This electrified Dax falls under the L1b category of the LTO, which means it doesn’t require registration or a driver’s license to operate, and it can be used in bike lanes.
